4. Repeat for the next one. 1 March 2025 + 584 days ≈ early October 2026.
5. Count about 40 to 43 days of retrograde motion, then check the exact dates in an ephemeris or software: the calculation above gives the order of magnitude, not the astronomical minute.

One often-useful refinement: the shadow zone. Venus moves back about 15 to 17 degrees. If it stations at 10° Aries and drops back to 24° Pisces, it will have crossed these degrees once before retrograding, then a third time afterwards. Many astrologers consider the "sensitive" period to begin at the first pass over 24° Pisces — several weeks before the official date — and to close at the third pass over 10° Aries.
